Welcome to the Falcons Football Club

London Falcons Football Club is set up and aimed at gay and bi-sexual men and women to encourage them to come out and play football in a safe, friendly and supportive environment.

Since the clubs formation on June 4th, 2006, the club have grown to become an established club in London.

London Falcons FC have, over the past 9 months, built a strong 11 a side squad, capable of competing with the strongest of teams currently in the Gay National League and London Unity Football League .

There is a strong focus on improvement in all areas, but also on having fun and enjoying playing the beautiful game! All standards are welcome, even if you have never kicked a ball in your life.

Training takes place every Sunday in Raynes Park, near Wimbledon .

FALCONS 11-A-SIDE
There are several different teams at the club to ensure everyone gets to play at the appropriate level, we have the following teams:

Falcons FC
This team is a competitive team that competes in the brand new London Unity Football League (L.U.F.L.). This is ideal for players who wish to play in a competitive and local league. Other teams include Romans AFC, Stonewall FC, Blades FC

London Falcons
This team is a competitive team that competes in the Gay National League (G.N.L.) and any Gay Footballers Supporters Network (G.F.S.N.) events. This is ideal for players who wish to play competitively whilst travelling around the country to play against other gay friendly football teams. The team travels to Leeds, Manchester , Liverpool, Leicester, Birmingham , Nottingham, Brighton and Bournemouth as well as London .

Falcons XI
This team is a mixtures of all players and regarded as a more socials aspect rather than competitive. Friendlies are specially arranged with other gay friendly clubs locally and around the country. This team is ideal for players who wish to have a more relaxed approach to the club.

FALCONS 5-A-SIDE
Falcons also enjoy 5-a-side football on a Wednesday night, also based In Raynes Park . 5-a-side is an excellent opportunity for people to improve fitness levels, but also to just enjoy playing and meeting new people.

FALCONS SOCIALS
One of the biggest aspects of the GNL and the teams involved is the social aspect. It is the chance to meet and interact with a whole new group of people, and get involved in social events you may not have known happened! Regular social events are held by the team, but also general outings, and events linked to other teams and the league are a regular occurrence! There is also the opportunity to be involved in away match tours. Staying in various cities around the UK and experiencing a different nightlife! All in the all the social experience is one enjoyed by everyone!

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for new recruits. Regardless of skill level and age, we accept everyone! We are very keen to get support behind our lads in order to become number 1! We are also keen to get on board people with various talents, so even if you do not want to play but want to be involved, get in touch and see what you can do.
